NITTY GRITTY -- Give your golf swing the chair
By JOHN MARSHALL -- The Associated Press
It's time to give your golf swing the chair.
No, we're not talking about giving up the game, though we understand how frustrating it can be. What we mean is using an actual chair - any old chair from around the house will do - to help with your golf swing.

How? Well, one of the most common flaws in the swing is failing to shift your weight. If you've ever been to a driving range or a golf course, you've seen players falling back after making contact, like they're bailing out on a curveball.

By taking one of those chairs out of your kitchen, you can eliminate that step-in-the-bucket move. Tim Mitchell, an instructor at Red Sky Golf Club in Colorado's Vail Valley, explains what we mean in this week's video lesson.
